Unlock your potential at the Lufthansa Group! We’re looking for motivated interns who are eager to gain experience in employer branding, HR marketing, and social media. You’ll work on a variety of projects and assist with posts and content creation.

Tasks

Join us on our journey as we encourage new talent to fly higher.

• Participation in workshops, trade shows and meetings
• Gain practical experience in HR event management, social media activities for HR, employer branding, KPI development, higher education marketing
• Contributing to university and apprentice recruitment marketing, as well as the conception, planning, and implementation of HR marketing activities
• Contributing creative ideas, monitoring social media trends and thinking proactively regarding content and target audiences
• Preparing briefings, content production, and social media posts, as well as providing organizational support
• Reviewing photo, video, and text material; consolidating feedback from various stakeholders; and assisting with the efficient integration of adjustments into content planning
• Applying analytical skills to optimize processes

Requirements

• At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
• You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with your application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
• Interest in employer branding, HR marketing, and social media communication a structured, independent, and proactive work style, as well as a passion for contributing ideas, driving initiatives forward independently, and coordinating with various stakeholders
• Analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, an instinct for targeting specific audiences, and creative ideas for social media posts
