eCommerce Specialist (all genders) with Hungarian and/or Czech language skills

Due to our client's continued growth, we are looking for an eCommerce Specialist (all genders) with Hungarian and/or Czech language skills to strengthen the existing team.

Your Role

• Develop and implement the e-commerce, merchandising, and growth strategy for the region in collaboration with regional and global teams
• Drive commercial performance with a focus on revenue, margin, product assortment, pricing, and profitability
• Plan and implement promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to increase visibility, conversion, and cross-selling
• Analyze market, competitor, customer, and sales data to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Manage forecasting, inventory planning, and product availability in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and present performance KPIs and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional, regional, and global teams to continuously improve processes and best practices

Your Qualifications

• A successfully completed university degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in e-commerce
• Professional proficiency in either Hungarian or Czech and fluent English
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
• A structured and precise way of working
• Motivation and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
