Technical Pre-Sales Specialist (m/w/d) - Shape the Digital Identity of Tomorrow!

Your mission

Do you love to code, but love it even more when customers understand how brilliant a technical solution is? As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist, you are our technical face to the customer. You work at the exciting intersection of our Sales team and Software Development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Tech Support in Sales: You support our Sales team in meetings and enthusiastically explain to potential customers how the Lissi Connector and Lissi Wallet work.

• Deep Dive Integration: You clarify technical questions regarding the integration of our products into the customers' existing infrastructure (e.g., IAM systems, banking backends).

• Hands-on Testing & Onboarding: You guide customers through testing, independently conduct onboardings, and ensure that the first steps with Lissi run smoothly.

• Demo Professional: If necessary, you write code yourself for customized demos to make the power of our solutions tangible "live."

• Feedback-Loop: You are the voice of the market and coordinate closely with IT-Development to make our products even better.

Your profile

• Tech Background: You are an experienced developer (at least 5 years) and master modern web technologies (ideally experience with OpenID, WebAuthN, Kubernetes).

• Pre-Sales Experience: You have already worked in a similar customer-facing role and know how to explain complex technology understandably.

• Communication Talent: You are a "People Person," enjoy interacting with customers, and have a confident demeanor.

• Languages: You are proficient in German (B2/C1) and English (C1), as our customers and team are international.

• Bonus Points: You have experience in the field of Digital Identities (SSI, eIDAS, OpenID4VC) or in the Banking/Fintech sector .
