(Junior) Product Manager for Digital Customer Experience

Our client is a forward-thinking digital bank on a mission to redefine mobile banking. They provide an exciting opportunity to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and be at the forefront of the rapidly growing FinTech sector.

They are now looking for a (Junior) Product Manager – Digital Customer Experience to join their on-site team in Frankfurt .

Your tasks include:

• You will continuously develop our digital customer processes and tools CRM systems, back office solutions or our chatbot) – with a focus on automation, user-friendliness and efficiency
• You will identify potential for the use of AI and develop innovative use cases together with our specialist departments – from ChatGPT applications to process optimization
• You will support the implementation of new features and products – from requirements definition to coordination with IT and stakeholders to go-live
• You analyze relevant data, derive concrete recommendations for action, and implement targeted measures with performance tracking via dashboards and reports
• You will actively participate in the development and prioritization of the team roadmap and work closely with all relevant departments

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on business administration and/or IT technology business administration, business informatics, economics)
  
• You have already gained practical experience in product management or in the digital environment
  
• You work analytically and structured, approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner and implement tasks decisively
  
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy agile teamwork and collaboration with different departments
  
• You have fluent written and spoken German skills and can also communicate very well in English
