DPR Construction Europe, an upcoming player in the construction of data center and life science projects, is focusing on operating in Germany and Switzerland.

We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager - Electrical / Bauleiter:in Elektrotechnik to join our high-impact life science and data center projects.
This position will be based in the Frankfurt area.

Role Overview

• Coordinating and managing the electrical trades
• Cooperating and negotiating with specialist engineers and subcontractors
• Carrying out and coordinating project quality plans, including benchmarking and inspections
• Coordinating building acceptance with authorities based on inspections
• Verifying invoices based on site progress and writing progress reports
• Coordinating installations, quality checks, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations

Role Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field. Alternatively, a technical career through an apprenticeship
• Field Experience: Minimum five years of experience in a similar position preferably on DPR Core Market projects
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management software, scheduling software, BIM software (ACC, Navisworks, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with local regulations and industry norms
• Language: Fluency in German and English
• Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team, clear communication, and collaboration with all stakeholders
