Automation Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of comprehensive automation solutions (both software and hardware).

• Manage technical project execution , ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance.

• Act as a liaison between customers , internal project teams, and external subcontractors.

• Independently analyze and evaluate requirements , coordinating with stakeholders across all levels.

• Support the sales team by providing expert input during customer meetings and proposal processes.

• Oversee development processes and ensure technical quality from concept to series production.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science , or a comparable field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma).

• Several years of relevant experience in a similar technical project management role.

• Strong knowledge in PLC programming and visualisation system development is a plus.

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

• A hands-on mentality and high motivation to learn new technologies and approaches.

• Strong commitment, customer orientation , and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Confident, assertive, and an excellent team player with strong communication skills .

• Open to occasional travel (up to 10%) .

• Resilient and solution-oriented mindset , especially when balancing technical requirements with customer expectations.
