Business Development Representative - DE + EN (relocation to Krakow, Poland)

We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative with German and English .

Our client:

Our client is a global technology company that supports some of the world’s largest brands with customer service, sales and digital solutions. The company operates across multiple markets and employs thousands of people worldwide, offering solutions that bring together people, technology and data.

In this role, you will support business development, using your German and English language skills. The position is based in Kraków, Poland and offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

• conducting customer conversations, negotiating terms and closing sales, as well as handling customer objections and questions,

• presenting products and solutions tailored to customer needs, preparing offers and negotiating sales terms,

• actively pursuing sales opportunities and developing customer relationships,

• building and managing your own sales pipeline to achieve set targets,

• working with small and medium-sized businesses, advertising agencies and C-level decision-makers,

• supporting customers with cloud-based technology solutions,

• following trends in the technology industry and expanding your knowledge of new solutions and products.

Requirements:

• minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience,

• experience in selling SaaS, IT, advertising (including Google Ads/Meta Ads), cloud-based or technology solutions,

• experience working towards monthly or quarterly KPIs,

• experience closing sales,

• experience in outbound sales,

• German at C1 level,

• English at minimum B2 level,

• willing to relocate to Kraków, Poland

What we offer:

Salary: 10,000-11,000 PLN (=2,300-2,500 EUR) gross per month + performance bonus

Hybrid working model: 3 days from the office + 2 days from home

Schedule: Monday-Friday; depending on the project, either 9:00–17:00 or flexible start times between 7:00 and 10:00

Relocation: Relocate to Krakow with 10.000 PLN bonus!
