Overview

Our client, a prominent international diagnostics company with innovative R&D operations in Germany, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager to spearhead their expansion into Poland. This leadership role involves overseeing local sales efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's ambitious growth plans across Europe. As the voice of the organization in Poland, you will be instrumental in establishing a strong market presence, managing key client relationships, and preparing for future recruitment of sales teams. Required Skills


• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sales
• 2-3 years of line management experience, overseeing small teams (2-3 people)
• Deep understanding of the Polish healthcare market and local sales channels
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and expanding market share
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Fluency in Polish and English; Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory
• Strong network within the local healthcare and medical device industry Nice to Have Skills


• Experience selling across multiple European countries
• Background in healthcare or medical device sales outside Poland
• Previous work with international or global organizations
• Experience working with or understanding regulatory requirements in healthcare Preferred Education and Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related fields
• Extensive regional sales experience, ideally in a similar leadership role within the diagnostics or healthcare industry
• Track record of expanding market presence and leading small teams to success Other Requirements


• Remote/hybrid work flexibility; home-based anywhere in Poland
• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally to surrounding countries (expenses likely covered)
• Ability to coordinate with international teams and adapt to global corporate cultures
