Business Development Senior Specialist - Corporate (m/w/d)

The Business Development Senior Specialist will support our German Corporate partners and join our well-established and highly collaborative Business Development (BD) team. Working across Private Equity and M&A practices and industries including Tech, Healthcare and Energy & Infrastructure, this role will be responsible for working in close collaboration with key market leaders and colleagues across the BD department to support practices to achieve their strategic marketing and business development goals, while developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of practice, market, industry expertise, client mix, matter experience, trade groups, and media, and using this to develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans. This role will be located in either our Frankfurt or Munich office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Other key responsibilities include: Working with partners and other industry and practice leads to support the evaluation, planning and execution of BD and marketing initiatives and business strategies to grow the practiceCollaborating with the New Business Team who lead on the production of pitch books, presentations and responses to RFI's and RFP's to produce compelling materials that help us win new business and drive practice growthAssisting with the creation and maintenance of written marketing materials and website content, including practice profiles, and relevant experience listsProviding research, analysis, and reporting to support the identification and development of new clients and the enhancement of existing client relationships in close collaboration with the internal research teamSupporting on drafting submissions for legal directories and related industry guides
