In Frankfurt (Germany), Mediobanca operates through two business units: M&A Advisory and Debt Advisory. Our franchise is actively engaged in the German, Austrian, and Swiss mid-cap markets, with a focus on the industrial, technology, consumer, and healthcare sectors. We act as trusted advisors to entrepreneurs, founder-led businesses, private equity investors, and corporate clients, orchestrating national and complex cross-border M&A deals and supporting our clients in the execution of complex financing structures.

Posizione:

As a member of our team, you will work in an international environment alongside our M&A Advisory professionals, gaining all-round understanding of the M&A process and deal exposure on an international level. Based in Frankfurt, you will work in a highly entrepreneurial and inspiring environment and become an integral part of our team.

Duties include supporting our M&A team notably:

·Preparing, analysing and explaining historical and projected financial information

·Coordinating and performing business due diligence

·Preparing confidential, information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations

·Valuating companies and businesses

·Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches

Requisiti:

·Have previous internship experience within M&A advisory and/or related fields

·Exceptional interpersonal skills, working in a team under tight deadlines paired with the ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail

·You will have an outstanding academic record, with preference for a degree in accounting, economics, or finance

·Strong analytical, accounting and numerical skills

·Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

·Fluent written and spoken German & English essential
