Join our growing team

We are looking for a new team member to join our growing Debt team in Frankfurt am Main.

What you'll do

• Interact with private equity funds, corporates, banks and debt funds regarding LBO finance, acquisition finance, growth finance, refinancing and financial restructuring projects
• Analysis of companies, financial statements, business models, business plans, due diligence and industry reports and conducting research
• Financial modelling – build Excel-based integrated financial models 
• Preparation of presentations and pitches and support term sheet and loan agreement negotiations
• Comprehensive involvement in the entire M&A and financing process as well as responsibility for developingand training interns

About you

• An excellent degree in the field of economics and familiar with accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and financial analysis
• Experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, from previous internships
• Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done combined with strong personal skills in collaborative situations
• Experience in credit and financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent German and English, speaking and writing
