We are looking for one of our customers, a fashion luxury automotive Brand, 2 Sales Advisors to join their Store in Frankfurt.In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, and we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.Job Description as Sales Advisor:The Sales Advisors mission is to provide to the customer a unique, outstanding, best-in-class customer experience which starts with the first contact with the customer and lasts for the following years of his or her ownershipThe Sales Advisors are responsible to guide the customer through the sales process from configuration, test drive, consultation up until the actual saleThe Sales Advisors are the main interface between the customer and needs to build up a strong, interpersonal relationship with (potential) customers.The Sales Advisors are the brand ambassadors and deliver the values and product experience to visitors, guests, customers and partners alikeRequirements:Bachelor’s degree / Formation Preferably in hotel/gastronomy and/or premium and luxury retail (automotive not a must)Experience customer servicing and sales background (5+ years) within premium/luxury segmentDriver’s licenceGerman language written and spoken (excellent to native) and English written and spoken (business level)Outstanding communication skillsMicrosoft Office, SalesforceIf you meet the requirements for this position and want to join the brand, please do not hesitate to send us your resume!At Luxe Talent we want to help you achieve your goals, that's why we offer you the most interesting job opportunities in the Fashion, Retail, Luxury and FMCG market.
