Bauleiter Elektrotechnik (m/f/d) - Construction

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all electrical subcontractors on site.
- Oversee installation of MV/LV systems and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure works align with programme.
- Conduct quality inspections and implement project quality plans.
- Coordinate commissioning and handover of electrical systems.
- Liaise with specialist engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Support building inspections and authority approvals.
- Review and verify subcontractor invoices based on progress.
Skills/Must have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Electrical Construction Manager / Bauleiter on large construction projects.
- Data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations within complex buildings.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and BIM tools (e.g. ACC, Navisworks, or similar).
- Understanding of German construction regulations and safety standards.
- Fluent German and English.
