Job Title: Senior Consultant – ServiceNow HRSD

As a Senior Consultant – ServiceNow HRSD , you will play a critical role in designing and delivering impactful HR solutions, supporting international clients on their transformation journeys, and shaping the future of work.

Your Role:

• Client Delivery: Contribute to strategic HR transformation and HR IT projects, helping clients modernize HR operations using ServiceNow HRSD and related technologies.
• Solution Design: Lead workshops, define future-state employee experiences, and co-develop digital HR solutions.
• Implementation: Collaborate on system configurations and the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, chatbots, mobile solutions, and AI tools; familiarity with other platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle is a plus.
• Leadership: Take ownership of project workstreams, mentor junior team members, and support the delivery of client engagements.
• Innovation & Practice Development: Enhance internal tools, methodologies, and contribute to the growth of the HR Transformation practice.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR transformation, HR IT, or end-to-end employee lifecycle operations.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of HR strategy, operating models, service delivery, and experience with ServiceNow HRSD. Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA or CIS-HR are a strong advantage.
• Tech Affinity: Comfortable with cloud-based HR platforms and skilled in managing cross-functional projects.
• Soft Skills: Analytical thinker, strong communicator, confident presenter, and proactive team player.
• Languages: Fluent in German (C1 or above) and English.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel as required for client needs.
