Then you're exactly who we're looking for! To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner who will professionally support and further develop our HR department with diligence, discretion, and a passion for administrative tasks. In this multifaceted role, you will be a central point of contact for employees and managers in Germany and Austria and will make a significant contribution to smooth HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Your next challenge:

• You will be responsible for the smooth and error-free processing of payroll (coordination of our external partners).
• Employee support from onboarding to offboarding (payroll registration, drafting employment contracts, confirmations, references, terminations, etc.)
• Maintenance and management of personnel files and HR IT systems
• Contact person for all HR administrative matters
• Employment law consultation
• Preparation of monthly reports, Project work
• Contact person for internal and external audits
• Recruiting, development of a well-structured process landscape

You're a perfect match :

• knowledge of payroll and employment law;
• certifications are a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• German and English
