Acting as a trusted advisor at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate strategic priorities into scalable, pragmatic technology solutions that create measurable business value. Key responsibilities include: * Leading complex technology transformation programmes from strategy and design through implementation. * Translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior business and executive stakeholders. * Designing solution and enterprise architectures that support long-term business objectives. * Advising clients on cloud, AI, platform, and DevOps strategies. * Collaborating with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions in large, complex organisations. ## **Candidate Profile** * 7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT architecture, or large-scale technology transformation. * Deep expertise in modern technology landscapes, particularly AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, and DevOps. * Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable advisory role. * Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes. * Strong understanding of large organisational environments and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology topics to non-technical audiences. * Business-fluent German is essential; excellent written and spoken English is required. * Experience in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, or Energy is highly desirable. * Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and Europe. You combine strategic thinking with strong technical depth and are equally comfortable engaging with executive business leaders and technology specialists.
