Position Summary The position is responsible for Sustainability Data Management within Real Estate Controlling, with a focus on the coordination, maintenance and quality assurance of ESG-related real estate data across systems. The role ensures accurate, complete and consistent sustainability data, supports data migrations (in particular in connection with Deepki), and contributes to the continuous improvement of data, process and governance structures. Close collaboration with Property Managers, Asset Managers, IT and external service providers is key to meeting reporting, KPI and sustainability-related data requirements. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage sustainability-related data migration activities, particularly in connection with Deepki * Maintain, structure, and monitor ESG and real estate data within the ERP system * Ensure high data quality through regular validation, plausibility checks, and data quality controls * Organize and continuously improve data and process workflows within Sustainability Data Management * Collaborate closely with Property Managers, Asset Managers, and external service providers to ensure complete and accurate ESG data * Support reporting activities, KPI tracking, and sustainability-related data requirements * Document processes, data structures, and operational procedures * Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ESG and data management processes Candidate Profile * Successfully completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sustainability Management, Information Systems, or a comparable field * 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Data Management, Sustainability, ESG, or Real Estate Operations * Experience working with ERP systems and ideally with Deepki * Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style * Strong understanding of data structures, processes, and data quality management * Strong analytical skills and confidence handling large datasets * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluent German and English, both written and spoken We are looking to recruit talented individuals able to drive the success of a growing company, and to bring out their best in an entrepreneurial environment that rewards initiative, effort and excellence.
