Territory Sales Manager (m/w/d)
Introduction
Peak International is a global leader in laboratory gas generation solutions, supporting some of the world's most innovative scientific organisations. As we continue to grow across Europe, we are looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to take ownership of our Southwest Germany and Switzerland territory.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to manage an established territory, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth across a key strategic region
Tasks
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across Southwest Germany and Switzerland.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximise market penetration and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users.
- Identify and win new business through proactive prospecting and customer engagement.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and ensure opportunities progress effectively through to closure.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and protect margin performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with service, marketing, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent Peak Scientific at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Profile
As Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of your territory, driving sales performance across our portfolio of market-leading products. You'll work closely with OEMs, distributors, and end users, building strong commercial relationships and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
You'll be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from business development and prospecting through to negotiation, forecasting, and account management. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, disciplined pipeline management, and a proactive approach to developing opportunities within the territory.
You will ideally have:
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Experience within technical, engineering, scientific, laboratory, or industrial sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a geographically diverse territory.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Fluency in both German and English. French would be advantageous.
