Risk Analyst

Join the Bank of Communications Frankfurt Branch as a Risk Analyst, where you'll become an integral part of one of China's leading financial institutions. With a global presence spanning over 2,900 branches, including key locations in Hong Kong, New York, Tokyo, Singapore, Seoul, and Macau, we offer a dynamic environment for professional growth. As a Risk Analyst, you will work within our Credit and Risk Department, collaborating with a diverse team of approximately 40 Chinese and German professionals. You will play a crucial role in national and international payment processing, overseas trading, lending, deposit banking, and foreign exchange trading. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence in risk management and financial services. Tasks

• 1. supporting the daily work of risk management in the Bank, including risk reporting, limit checks, stress tests;
• 2. monitoring the general market situation and the bank's risk situation;
• 3. communicating with the Chinese HO on risk management related issues and regular reports;
• 4. supporting the implementation of new regulations and guidelines for risk management
• 5. communicating with external and internal auditors;
• 6. participating in other risk-related tasks such as annual risk inventory, capital planning process, operational risk self-assessment, liquidity risk forecasting;
• 7. other tasks assigned by the line manager, including assistance and support functions;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in risk analysis within the banking industry is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and risk management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Flujent in English, Chinese and German are preferred.
