A rapidly growing digital banking business is seeking a VP Product Marketing to help shape the next phase of its expansion within the German market.

Following a highly successful product launch that has exceeded expectations, the organisation is continuing to invest heavily in customer growth, product innovation and market expansion.

This is not a traditional product marketing role.

The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of product, customer strategy, growth and marketing, helping influence how banking products are developed, positioned and adopted by different customer segments.

The Opportunity

Working within a highly cross-functional environment, you will collaborate closely with Product, Strategy, Analytics, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing and Campaign teams.

Your focus will be understanding customers, understanding products and ensuring the right propositions reach the right audiences through the right channels.

You'll help define how products are positioned for different customer segments, identify opportunities to increase adoption and engagement, and ensure customer insights influence future product development.

Responsibilities

• Define customer propositions and product value propositions across a growing banking portfolio
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, features and customer initiatives
• Partner with Product teams to influence roadmaps through customer and market insights
• Understand customer needs, motivations and behaviours across multiple audience segments
• Identify adoption drivers, growth opportunities and customer trends through data and analytics
• Collaborate with CRM, Lifecycle and Campaign teams to optimise customer journeys
• Shape targeted acquisition, engagement and cross-sell strategies
• Translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer propositions
• Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Analytics and Strategy functions
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle

• Fluent English, German language skills advantageous
