Recruitment Manager (f/m/d)
To support our recruitment team for our MBA programmes, we are looking for an energetic individual to join us as soon as possible in the role of:Ihr AufgabengebietAcquisition, consulting and support of prospective students and applicants for the MBA programmesCreation of Market and competitive analysesCreation and coordination of advertising materials (both print and online) and website content, including social media channels Running data and campaign management, as well as providing support in the development of marketing and sales campaignsDevelopment of an annual marketing and sales planPlaning, organizing, and participating in events and trade fairs (online, on campus, throughout Germany and selected locations worldwide) for students and prospective studentsMaintaining relationships with alumni, student ambassadors, and studentsAnforderungenBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Knowledge of Student Recruitment/ Admissions and business school environment strongly preferred.Very good command of written and spoken English; good knowledge of German or a willingness to improve your German.Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences; experience working with customers is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility in a team.Superior organizational skills, a high level of motivation and flexibility.
