bOverview /b pIn this role you will support and execute SFEG's Compliance and AML framework to ensure regulatory obligations are met and controls are effective. You will help maintain a strong compliance culture across Europe and support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and regulatory projects. You’ll work with cross-border teams to implement governance, policy updates, and control enhancements amid a dynamic regulatory landscape. This is an opportunity to shape compliance practices within a global financial services group and contribute to safe, compliant expansion. /p bVerantwortungsbereiche /bulliExecute and enhance the Compliance Monitoring Plan and Outsourcing monitoring framework /liliPerform compliance and AML monitoring activities and thematic reviews /liliTrack remediation actions from audits and regulatory reviews /liliReview evidence from business functions and outsourced providers /liliDraft, review, and update compliance and AML policies, procedures, and governance documents /liliSupport implementation of new regulatory requirements through policy updates and control enhancements /liliAssist in maintaining governance across European operations and group entities /liliMonitor regulatory developments and conduct impact assessments /liliAssist with regulatory initiatives including organizational changes and product approvals /liliSupport AML governance, client due diligence oversight, and documentation standards /liliMaintain oversight of client documentation and KYC processes /liliProvide advisory support on compliance and AML-related queries to business teams /liliSupport cross-border compliance for Dublin, Madrid, Luxembourg, and future locations /liliAssist integration of acquisitions into the Compliance and AML framework /liliSupport internal and external audits and regulatory examinations /liliCoordinate audit documentation and track remediation actions /liliDevelop and deliver Compliance and AML training programs /liliPromote regulatory obligation awareness via compliance communications across Europe /liliProvide compliance support to other StoneX Group entities /liliAssist with establishing compliance frameworks for new regulated entities across Europe /li /ul bZentrale Anforderungen /bulliBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field /liliMust have full rights to work in Germany /lili0–2 years of experience in compliance, AML, risk, regulatory, legal, or internal control within financial services (preferred) /liliFamiliarity with MiFID II, WpHG, WpIG, AML regulations, MAR, EMIR, DORA (desirable) /li /ululliStrong written and verbal communication /liliExcellent organizational skills /liliAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities /liliUnderstanding of compliance risk management and internal controls /liliAbility to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions /liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint /li /ul
