The TikTok Shop Manager (Greece) will be responsible for launching, growing, and scaling SharkNinja’s TikTok Shop business in Greece. This role requires a mix of e-commerce expertise, social commerce insight, and hands-on execution. You will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of TikTok Shop operations. You will work closely with local and regional teams to establish and accelerate SharkNinja's presence in the Greek social commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the TikTok Shop strategy for Greece: Set targets, roadmap, and growth plan aligned with SharkNinja’s broader D2C and e-commerce goals.
• Commercial leadership: Manage P&L for TikTok Shop Greece, delivering against sales and profitability targets.
• Content & creator partnerships: Build and scale relationships with Greek TikTok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales.
• Campaign execution: Develop, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Promotions & pricing: Strategically plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with DTC, Social and Category Marketing, Operations, and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Data & reporting: Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
• Market insights: Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates within Greece to keep SharkNinja ahead of the market.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce; TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken). Additional European language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment, collaborating with teams based across Europe.
