Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable network and security solutions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with internal sales and technical teams
- Support lead management and account development activities
- Transition customer needs into solutions and managed services projects
- Conduct regular customer visits within the Frankfurt region
Skills/Must have:
- Experience in IT, networking, or a related technical environment
- Basic understanding of network and security concepts
- Interest in account management and customer-facing roles
- Willingness to travel regionally within the Frankfurt area
- Structured, reliable, and customer-oriented approach
Benefits:
- Target total compensation up to €60,000 (discussable)
- Company Car
Salary:
- Base salary range of €45,000 – €55,000
