M&A Integration Project Manager- 6 months contract

As an M&A Integration Project Manager , you’ll be at the heart of strategic projects that bring multiple businesses together, ensuring systems, processes, and policies align seamlessly to deliver operational efficiencies and maximise value creation.

Your key responsibilities as an M&A Integration Project Manager will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive integration plans for multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
- Leading project execution, maintaining detailed project plans, and managing internal integration teams.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration activities.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations effectively.
- Supporting risk identification and mitigation across legal, regulatory, financial, and operational areas.
- Tracking performance and reporting progress to identify roadblocks and implement corrective actions.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an M&A Integration Project Manager:
- You have at least 3 years of proven experience in project management, delivering multiple complex projects.
- You understand M&A processes, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
- You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- You have strong analytical skills and can make data-driven decisions.
- You excel in communication and stakeholder management, influencing at all levels.
- You are fluent in professional English and German language
