Your Area of Work

As part of the Central & Eastern Sales team in the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. This is a senior front-office sales position for an ambitious and commercially driven professional with a proven track record of winning, onboarding, activating and scaling client business.

The ideal candidate combines market expertise with a highly proactive sales mindset and demonstrates a strong ability to identify and convert business opportunities across Eurex's service portfolio, including Equity and Fixed Income Listed Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, FX and related Clearing Services.

You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for both buy-side and sell-side clients, leveraging your established industry network to generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.

As a senior representative of Eurex, you will engage with C-level executives, trading desks, treasury functions, clearing teams and risk managers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients.

The successful candidate is a self-starter with strong commercial instincts, the ability to operate autonomously, and the drive to consistently exceed growth objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue growth across Sales Central & Eastern Europe through the acquisition, onboarding, activation and expansion of strategic client relationships
• Identify, win and convert new business opportunities across Eurex's derivatives product offering with a particular focus on wallet share expansion, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain and further develop a strong network of senior decision-makers across banks, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds and other financial institutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their priorities, regulatory environment and trading requirements, translating these into commercial opportunities for Eurex
• Lead high-impact client meetings, executive presentations, workshops and industry events to promote Eurex's value proposition and drive adoption of new products and services
• Collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Risk and Operations to deliver coordinated client solutions and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
• Generate and communicate actionable market intelligence, competitive insights and client feedback to influence product development and commercial strategy
• Represent Eurex externally at conferences, industry forums and client events, strengthening the firm's market presence and thought leadership

Your Profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• 5-10 years of derivatives sales experience within capital markets, gained at a bank, asset manager, exchange, clearing house, trading venue or other financial institution
• Established senior-level network across buy-side and/or sell-side institutions that can be leveraged to accelerate business development and market penetration
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue streams
• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for business development, commercial execution and exceeding ambitious growth targets
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
• Fluency in German and English is required, any additional language is a plus
