In the dual-brand hotel "Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel", two premium brands combine to form one employer! Do you love to spoil guests with culinary delights and give them a special stay? Then start with us as a Club Lounge Agent – Service Host (m/f/d) and become part of our F&B team in the exclusive Club Lounge.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Assistance to our guests in the Club Lounge during breakfast, snacks and evening service
• Preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to brand standards
• Ensuring cleanliness, order and a welcoming ambience in the lounge
• Personal guest service with a focus on individual wishes and VIP support
• Close cooperation with kitchen, stewarding and Club Lounge Guest Experience team
• Support of the Guest Experience Team if necessary, e.g. in the event of sick or holiday replacements

Be able.

• Initial experience in the field of service or gastronomy, ideally in the hotel industry
• Enjoyment of guest contact and high-quality service
• Team spirit, reliability and an eye for detail
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Willingness to work flexible hours (early/late shifts, weekends)
