GTM Lead DACH
At Bits Technology, we are building the compliance operating system for regulated financial companies across Europe. Our mission is to revolutionize how businesses manage risk and regulatory compliance by offering cutting-edge, customizable compliance solutions. We are a team of ambitious and experienced individuals that have successfully raised capital from leading investors in the FinTech industry, positioning us as an emerging leader in the field.
Over the past years, we have built a strong and stable team in Stockholm, a group of curious builders and commercial drivers who have laid the foundation for our product, culture, and growth journey.
With that foundation in place, we are now entering our next phase.
We are expanding internationally and are looking for a highly driven Go-to-Market Lead – someone who will take ownership of driving our expansion in the German market. This is a unique opportunity to become our first hire in the region, own the full commercial strategy, and establish Bits in one of Europe’s largest financial ecosystems. As we grow, you will build, lead, and develop our German commercial team, laying the foundation for our long-term success in the market.

What you will be doing
Own and execute the commercial strategy in Germany.
Lead the full enterprise sales cycle.
Lay the foundation for a future regional team, with responsibility of recruiting and leading sales and partnership talent as the region scales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an extensive network across regulated customers in FinTech, banking, payments, and RegTech.
Represent Bits at networking events and conferences.
Build a deep understanding of local regulatory and market dynamics, identify strategic partnerships, and represent the company at key industry events.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to translate market insights into product, go-to-market, and execution improvements.
What we are looking for
5+ years in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or regional leadership into financial services - banking, payments, insurance, or regulated fintech
Strong network across the German FinTech and financial services ecosystem, with the ability to leverage relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and scaling revenue in Germany.
Experience building new markets or regions from scratch.
Strong communicator and storyteller in both German and English.
Highly social, outgoing, and enjoys networking and actively creating new contacts at events.
Leadership experience with a proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams.
It's a great advantage if you have experience selling RegTech or products within Compliance.
