Furthermore, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture - helping to solution new deals as part of our growth agenda for BPO/BPS within NTT DATA.Key Responsibilities:Understand client workflows (e.g. claims, lending, KYC) and pain pointsArchitect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platformsDefine data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teamsDrive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilitiesPresent solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoptionWork closely together with the Sales team in Germany and Solution team members globally to solution dealsRequired Skills:Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically within BPO/BPSStrong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPSPresale experience of solutioning deals (size of $5 Million to $25 Million) from start to finishIndustry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance or RetailExperience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS modelsExcellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skillsFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-onExcellent German and English language skills, both spoken and writtenTravelIn this role, you will be required to travel up to 40% within the DACH region.BenefitsOur people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
