Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time / 38h, f/m/d) - Frankfurt Airport

• Supporting the Shop Manager in all aspects of store operations and applying strategic, solution-oriented approaches and best practices in customer service together with the team 
• Acting as a deputy for the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations (e.g., cash register, stockroom, visual merchandising, shop floor), and, where necessary, assisting with personnel matters (e.g., staff scheduling, recruiting) in coordination with the Store Manager 
• Driving store performance through professional customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient processes, always in compliance with our retail standards 
• Shared responsibility for achieving sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales promotion initiatives

• An authentic, optimistic personality with a strong entrepreneurial and open mindset 
• A proactive brand ambassador with excellent communication skills (English: fluent; German: intermediate proficiency): You lead by example in all areas and actively support your team on the shop floor, helping to drive top performance through constructive feedback and guidance in your role as Assistant Store Manager 
• Confident in working with digital tools, highly motivated to grow and develop, responsible, and flexible in terms of working hours 
• Passion for the world of beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle, and initial experience in staff supervision as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role in a service-oriented industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, gastronomy, tourism)
