This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on originating and delivering complex treasury solutions across a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding Citi’s market share, deepening client relationships, and unlocking incremental revenue opportunities through advisory-led engagement. The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong product expertise and the ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed environment.Responsibilities:Deliver sustainable revenue growth by identifying, originating, and executing treasury and trade solutions across an assigned client portfolioBuild and maintain senior-level client relationships, positioning Citi as a trusted partner for treasury transformation and working capital optimisationLead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, solution structuring, pitching, and executionDrive wallet share expansion through cross-selling Citi’s capabilities across Payments, Liquidity, Cards, and TradePartner closely with Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, and regional teams to deliver integrated, multi-product solutionsDevelop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion into realised revenueContribute to cross-border and multi-market deals, leveraging Citi’s global platformMaintain strong risk and compliance discipline, ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory and internal standardsTravel: 20%-40% (across Western Europe, likely mainly Germany and Nordics)Qualifications:Proven experience in corporate or commercial banking, with a strong track record in solution sales and revenue generationDeep knowledge of Treasury & Trade Solutions, including payments, liquidity management, and working capital productsDemonstrated ability to structure and close complex, multi-product deals across multiple geographiesStrong commercial acumen, with understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamicsExcellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makersAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environmentBachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related fieldFluency in English and German required; additional European languages are advantageousThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
