German Business Development Representative in Krakow, Poland

As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and develop new business opportunities across the EMEA market. You will engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions while managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

This is a hybrid role based in Kraków, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new business clients

• Identify sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and consultative selling

• Develop tailored online advertising strategies for clients

• Manage, optimize, and rebuild digital advertising campaigns

• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling digital marketing solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for clients

• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success

• Native or C2 level German and C1 level English

• Experience in outbound B2B sales or business development

• Strong understanding of digital advertising, cloud solutions, or technology sales

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to exceed sales targets

• Comfortable managing a large portfolio of business clients

• Base salary of 11,000 PLN gross per month (approximately €2,500) plus an attractive performance bonus
