Apply!What will you do with us?You support the company in making better decisions by translating raw data into clear KPIs, reports, and dashboardsYou handle ad-hoc requests (e.g., data queries, KPI analyses) — from requirement clarification to precise and timely deliveryYou design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Cognos (including data modeling, measures, and visualization)You use SQL to extract, clean, and join data, as well as to build reusable datasetsYou develop and maintain data models and cubesYou automate recurring requests and transform them into standardized reports or self-service solutionsYou ensure data quality and reliability (monitoring, error analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication)You document KPIs, data logic, and reporting structures in a clear and understandable wayYou present insights visually and translate them into concise, compelling storylinesWhat do we expect from you?Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable fieldSolid knowledge of data warehousing, as well as relational and multidimensional databasesExperience working with large datasetsStrong proficiency in Power BI or comparable data visualization toolsExperience with Microsoft SQL, reporting systems, data cubes (e.g., SSAS), and ETL/ELT processesIdeally, experience with SSIS, Excel, or Ab InitioExperience building and working with data pipelinesAbility to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendationsFamiliarity with Jira and Confluence is a plusGerman and English at least C1 levelStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and clear written expressionStructured, detail-oriented, and independent way of workingStrong prioritization skillsConfidence in working with diverse stakeholders and handling conflict situations​Interested?
