Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Remote work/Business travel available)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and business development of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in the German and European markets;
- Develop and execute market-entry strategies while building and maintaining a customer network (including energy suppliers, project developers, EPC contractors, etc.);
- Participate in tenders, contract negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales customer relationship management;
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to tailor solutions based on client needs;
- Conduct regular market analysis, prepare sales forecasts, and report to management;
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client events to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the renewable energy sector; BESS experience is preferred;
- Experience in developing large-scale energy storage/power projects in Germany or Europe;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills;
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and Europe;
- Native-level German, fluent English, and Chinese proficiency is a plus.
