Market Access Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

A leading global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Market Access Strategy Manager (m/w/d) to play a pivotal role within its Market Access organisation.This highly strategic position serves as the link between regional healthcare ecosystem insights and national Market Access strategy. You will help shape how innovative therapies achieve and maintain patient access by translating regional stakeholder perspectives, payer dynamics and healthcare market developments into actionable strategic recommendations.The role offers significant visibility across Market Access, Contracting, Healthcare Ecosystem Management and Commercial teams and provides the opportunity to influence decisions that impact patient access across Germany.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate regional payer and stakeholder insights into national Market Access initiatives and strategic recommendationsMonitor and analyse developments across the German healthcare system, reimbursement landscape and competitive environmentAct as a key interface between regional and national stakeholders, enabling structured exchange of critical market intelligenceSupport the development and optimisation of payer and contracting strategies across different healthcare segmentsPartner closely with Market Access, Contracting, Sales and Commercial teams within a matrix environmentLead or contribute to healthcare projects focused on improving patient access and quality of careDevelop customer-facing materials and support internal Market Access capability buildingWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience within Market Access, Healthcare Policy or a comparable strategic function within the pharmaceutical industryStrong understanding of the German healthcare system, reimbursement frameworks and payer landscapeExperience interacting with healthcare stakeholders such as sickness funds, healthcare associations, provider organisations or similar stakeholdersExposure to contracting, reimbursement strategy or market access planningDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across complex matrix organisationsStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesExperience translating market insights into business recommendations and action plansExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent German and EnglishWhat's on OfferStrategic role with direct business impactBroad exposure across Market Access, Healthcare Policy and ContractingOpportunity to influence patient access for innovative therapiesCollaborative and international environmentCompetitive compensation packageHybrid working modelLong-term career development opportunitiesSThree_Germany is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
