Product manager (m/w/d)_Frankfurt

We are currently recruiting a Product Manager for a global materials company specializing in windows, interior materials, automotive materials, and high-performance materials.

With approximately 4,270 employees worldwide, the company provides eco-friendly and energy-efficient materials and products, combining advanced technologies with distinctive design capabilities. Its vision is to create human-friendly, eco-conscious living spaces, shaping the future trends of modern living environments.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

• You analyze the customers´ requirements and market trends in order to increase our market share
• You investigate about the competitors´ products and find ways to differentiate ourselves from them
• You analyze the demands of the market on our product and develop a roadmap how achieve it
• You plan samples and prototypes and how to strategically place them into the marekt
• You develop strategies how to launch new products to the market
• You support the sales team with market specific sales strategies
• You work closely with the marketing team to develop product specific marketing plans
• Deciding which product features to have next to maximize business value and user satisfaction
• Product development: close cooperation with engineering to turn market requirements into functional features

Your profile

• Technical degree with a focus and product design or product management
• 3-5 years experience in product management
• Very good communication and presentation skills
