(Junior) Produktmanager (Cards & Payments)

Our client is an innovative FinTech bank, part of a major digital group, committed to creating a new dimension in mobile banking. The company develops cutting-edge card and payment solutions that delight customers. Whether it’s Mastercard, girocard, or mobile payments, they are setting new standards for secure, smart, and intuitive payment experiences.

Currently, they are seeking a (Junior) Product Manager Cards & Payments to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work in an agile, forward-thinking environment and contribute to the development of innovative payment solutions.

Main Tasks:

• Developing and optimizing card products (Mastercard, girocard) and digital payment solutions such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  

• Analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements to derive new features and product strategies.
  

• Actively shaping the customer experience by writing user stories, creating mock-ups and prototypes using Figma), and working closely with UX/UI, IT, and external partners.
  

• Managing the end-to-end implementation process from ideation to launch and supporting the testing of new features to ensure smooth payment transactions.
  

• Collaborating closely with IT, design teams, external partners payment service providers), and internal stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• A degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  

• A solid understanding of digital products, along with a passion for new technologies and trends in banking as well as interest in AI.
  

• Strong analytical and structured work approach, with high initiative and a good sense of user needs.
  

• A hands-on mentality and a love for working in an agile team, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
