We are seeking experienced Business Functional Analysts with strong expertise in banking data structures and data warehousing (DWH) to support data analysis and integration initiatives within a deposit systems environment (Tagesgeld focus).

The role focuses on end-to-end data analysis, requirement engineering, and data integration support, ensuring accurate and scalable data flows across legacy and modern banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document data structures and business requirements across banking systems
• Work closely with DWH and DWH Belieferung processes to ensure accurate and consistent data flow
• Support data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Perform hands-on data analysis using SAS on mainframe systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• Contribute to data quality assurance and data consistency across systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Functional Analyst in banking / financial services
• Strong expertise in:
• Data structures and data analysis
• Data warehousing (DWH) and DWH Belieferung
• Experience in deposit products (Tagesgeld preferred)
• Hands-on experience with SAS on mainframe systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• German language skills (C1 mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience with data migration or integration projects
• Knowledge of core banking systems and data models
• Exposure to large-scale data or DWH transformation programs
