A premier, globally integrated law firm is looking for a driven Corporate/M&A Associate to join its high-performing transaction team in Frankfurt.

In this role, you won't be hidden in a back room - you will get hands-on transaction management experience, active deal execution exposure, and early client contact within a flat-hierarchy, tech-forward environment.

What You'll Impact:

Your Profile:

• The Credentials: Fully qualified German Lawyer ( Volljurist ) with strong, above-average results in both State Examinations.
• The Sweet Spot: 1-3 years of professional experience handling corporate law or M&A transactions.
• The Mindset: A curious, tech-literate, and commercially astute approach to solving sophisticated business problems.
• The Language: Flawless English and German language skills, with the absolute confidence to negotiate in an international setting.
