Your Role

As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a key product segment within a B2B environment. Acting as a central interface between sales, marketing, and product development, you will drive product strategy, enhance market positioning, and ensure long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to increase market share
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop clear differentiation strategies
• Define product roadmaps aligned with market demands and business goals
• Plan and manage product samples, prototypes, and their strategic market placement
• Develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for new products
• Support sales teams with tailored, market-specific strategies
• Collaborate closely with marketing to create effective product campaigns and positioning
• Prioritize and define product features to maximize customer value and business impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate market requirements into product innovations
• Act as a key communication hub across departments and international stakeholders
  

Ihr Profil

Your Profile

• Degree in a technical discipline, product management, or product design
• 3–5 years of experience in product management (B2B environment preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional interfaces and drive alignment
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and structured working style
• Experience in international environments; intercultural awareness is highly valued
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluency in English is required; Korean language skills and/or affinity for Korean business culture are a strong advantage
• German language skills are a plus
