Your tasks

In this role, you will ensure the stable, scalable operation of modern ML and GenAI systems and build a seamless delivery chain from development to productive use.

• Design and operation of CI/CD/CT pipelines for machine learning models and GenAI applications (including prompt workflows)
• Implementation and management of model registry, versioning, and deployment processes.
• Deployment of AI services in production environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitoring and optimization of model performance (e.g., drift, latency, costs, availability)
• Ensuring scalability, stability, and repeatability of ML workflows
• Creation of auditable artifacts (e.g., model cards, logs, documentation)
• Close collaboration with data scientists, AI/ML engineers and platform teams
• Further development of best practices in the area of ​​MLOps and AI operations

• Successfully completed studies, e.g. in computer science, software engineering or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of experience in a DevOps or MLOps environment
• Solid knowledge of container technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD systems and automated deployment processes
• Practical experience in using monitoring, logging, and tracking tools
• Good Python skills for process automation
• Experience in the field of LLMOps or operation of GenAI applications
• Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 42001)
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure environments (cloud & on-premise)
