Internship Procurement Travel Management
- Support the team in maintaining and updating data in existing databases and Excel files
- Assist with the preparation of basic analyses and reports related to hotel and transportation contracts, including the use of AI-supported tools and workflows
- Support ad-hoc data requests and general administrative tasks within the procurement team
KPIs & Data Preparation
- Help update and validate KPIs and underlying data inputs under the guidance of procurement experts
- Support the preparation of analysis using Power Query and Power BI
Procurement & Tender Support
- Participate in hotel and transportation tenders on a global level, including preparation and documentation
- Support the team during negotiations with external partners
- You are in at least your 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
- Solid Excel skills; first experience with data analysis is an advantage
- Interest in working with data, KPIs, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of or strong interest in Power BI / Power Query and digital analytics tools
- Openness to using AI-supported tools for analysis and reporting
