You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. We are seeking an experienced o9 Product Planning Consultant to design, build, and deploy end to end Product Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions using the o9 Solutions platform.The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into scalable technical solutions using IBPL, o9 Reference Models, PL/SQL based data integrations, and Python plugins.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Planning & Functional Ownership • Experience in Implementing Product Planning processes including: o Demand–Supply netting o Inventory & safety stock planning o Capacity constrained supply planning o Scenario simulation & what if analysis • Support S&OP / IBP cycles with actionable planning outputs • Translate business requirements into o9 planning models and measuresRequired Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills • Strong hands on experience with: o o9 IBPL (Integrated Business Planning Language) o o9 Product Planning & Supply Planning modules • Excellent knowledge of: o Product Planning & Supply Chain concepts o SQL / PL SQL (Oracle preferred) • Experience with: o Time series planning data o Multi dimensional modelsGood to Have Skills • Python development experience (Pandas, NumPy preferred) • Experience working with: o o9 S&OP / IBP o Demand Planning & Forecasting • Exposure to: o Cloud data pipelines o Advanced analytics or ML use casesPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
