Role Responsibilities:
- Work, often with alongside a team, on client projects
- Actively participate in project and client meetings
- Produce materials for business engagement meetings (e.g. PowerPoint decks)
- Support with creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes
- Own key items for project delivery – including possible ownership of deliverables or work streams within a project
- Track and monitor key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies
- Understand Alpha FMC and its services and actively assess ways to serve clients
- Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
- Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
- Support with the development of one or two internal business management areas
Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
- Significant experience within ‘blue-chip’ Financial Services organisations, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers
- Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Risk management, Middle & Back Office processes and outsourcing
- An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market
- Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
- Strong academic background including a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a leading institution
- Business language fluency in English
- Willingness to travel
