Meet5 is the largest social community for people over 40. We combine smart automation with in-debth financial analysis to drive our growth in Germany and internationally. As our Financial Manager , you’ll take ownership of financial analysis, planning and reporting, you’ll optimize our finance workflows, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

You’ll collaborate closely with our CFO Roman and our leadership team on everything from expansion strategy to investor readiness, including financial models and performance tracking. Based in our Frankfurt HQ, you’ll help shape the company’s next growth chapter and make a real impact from day one.

Tasks

• Operational financial planning, preparation of management reporting (including plan-vs-actual analysis, controlling, and reconciliation)
• Financial analysis and monitoring of key performance drivers and metrics, customer behaviour analytics, and feasibility evaluation of new projects and initiatives
• Stakeholder communication: including investor reporting, communication with tax advisors, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Working closely with the executive team and CFO on expansion strategy, including competitive benchmarking and market research
• Implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools to optimize finance operations and reporting workflows
• Supporting fundraising processes: preparation of financial and operational materials for investors, financial models, business metric presentations, and due diligence documentation

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
• Experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Analyst
• Strong foundation in financial modelling, accounting & taxation, and controlling
• Excellent analytical thinking and a strong data-driven decision-making mindset
• Fluent English; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Bonus: knowledge of SQL/Python, experience in startups, and fluency in German
