Hello , we’re PHONT , a Frankfurt-based startup on a mission to re-imagine subtitles for content creators worldwide. Our groundbreaking AI-driven technology infuses subtitles with emotional nuances, transforming an age-old tool into an immersive, dynamic experience. After months of development, we’re ready to launch—and we need you to help us make a splash.

This internship is ideal for students in their final year or graduates, with a strong potential for transitioning into a full-time position after three months.

Tasks

What You’ll Do

1. Own Our Social Presence

• Curate and moderate PHONT’s content on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with our growing community by responding to comments, questions, and feedback.

2. Spot and Ride the Trends

• Keep your finger on the pulse of social media and identify viral challenges, trending audio, and influencer activations.
• Work closely with our in-house Motion Designer to subtitle and stylize trending videos using PHONT’s unique technology—turning them into high-impact, attention-grabbing content.

3. Connect with Content Creators

• Reach out to creators who could benefit from PHONT’s emotive subtitles.
• Build relationships to encourage trials, gather feedback, and create collaboration opportunities.

4. Market Research & Strategic Input

• Analyze competitors, market behavior, and social media insights to refine our content strategy.
• Present bold, creative ideas on how to extend our reach and capture attention in the ever-changing social media landscape.

5. Social Media Sales

• Use existing contacts and find new customers to drive product sales.

6. Innovate & Experiment

• Feel free to pitch off-the-wall ideas, run quick experiments, and measure success. We love a bold approach and we’re not afraid to try something new if it gets people talking!

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Passion for social media : You live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and the latest digital trends.
• Content creation chops : You know how to edit short clips, craft eye-catching captions, and build a cohesive feed.
• Communicator at heart : You enjoy talking to people, whether that’s online engagement or direct outreach to creators.
• Self-starter : You can spot a hot trend before it peaks and act on it quickly.
• Team player : You’ll collaborate closely with our Motion Designer and the rest of the PHONT team to execute campaigns.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience with influencer outreach or brand collaborations.
• Basic video editing skills beyond mobile apps.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and interpret social media metrics.
• A background in marketing, communications, or related fields.
