Are you an experienced marketer ready to take full ownership of one of Europe’s highest-potential markets? This 12-month permanent role , fully remote within Germany , offers the chance to lead country-level marketing for a global automotive business with ambitious growth plans.

You’ll be trusted to shape strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable commercial impact across Germany.

A day in the life

You’ll turn strategy into action. One day you’re refining the annual marketing plan, the next you’re launching campaigns, supporting sales with targeted tools, or analysing performance to optimise spend. You’ll work closely with regional and local teams to ensure Germany has the insights, pricing intelligence, and marketing support needed to win.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute the full marketing agenda for Germany, aligning day-to-day activity with longer-term business direction

• Translate centrally developed programmes into market-specific plans that resonate with local customers

• Control discretionary and trade-related spend, with clear governance and performance evaluation

• Assess market development through ongoing review of brand perception, product mix results, and category movement

• Build a robust view of the competitive landscape using customer feedback, pricing analysis, and competitor tracking

• Coordinate price updates and ensure commercial tools and OEM pricing data remain current and compliant

• Plan and deliver a investment initiative to strengthen and extend the German footprint

• Partner with commercial, regional, and specialist teams to deliver cross-business initiatives

• Represent the market in pricing governance and contribute to broader regional projects

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in international, marketing-led organisations
• Fluent German and English
• Experience across multiple sales channels
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confidence analysing budgets, plans, and revenue-impacting proposals
