Job SummaryIdentification and implementation of value creation potentials within the assetsDevelopment and implementation of individual asset management strategies and measures to minimise riskPreparation of asset-related quarterly reporting, business plans, profitability calculations and forecasts in German and EnglishElaboration of investment and divestment recommendations as well as integration of the assets into the existing portfolioDirect contact person for customers and tenants, e.g. in all property-specific questionsActive rental management including broker coordination, preparation of offers, contract negotiations, preparation of decision documents and investment memoranda (financing, investment, letting, sale, valuation, etc.)Control and management of external service providers and project participants, especially in the areas of letting, property management, facility management, project management, etc.Commissioning and control of technical measures (repair and refurbishments)Support for transactions, market research and location analyses for the development of sustainable underwritingsYour qualificationsCompleted university degree with a focus on real estate, alternatively business administration or engineering, ideally already supplemented by subject-specific further trainingExperience in asset management for several years Knowledge in the field of commercial leasingGood understanding in the evaluation of real estate key figures as well as their optimization on the basis of common financial models and cash flow calculationsVery good command of written and spoken EnglishVery good handling of industry-standard IT tools, especially Excel and MS OfficeEntrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of workingTeam orientation, persuasiveness, assertiveness and a high degree of communicative competence
