The role
As a Product Marketing Lead, you drive local product performance by executing go‑to‑market strategies, managing pricing and campaigns, supporting product launches, and translating market insights into lifecycle improvements.

Product Marketing:

• Co-develop and propose local tactical product programs in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, After Sales, and Finance to achieve volume and financial targets.

• Drive the local Quarterly Campaign Planning process from a product perspective, acting as the primary interface for Sales and Marketing teams.

• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate short‑term commercial and product performance.

• Act as the local Product Specialist, including connectivity, for retail locations, business partners, and media.

• Train and support field teams with product knowledge and positioning.

Pricing:

• Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and volume performance across trims, options, and regions.

• Provide structured input on local market developments to HQ, including dealer offerings, margins, taxation, and competitive dynamics.

• Co‑create tactical commercial pricing strategies per product, including monthly rate propositions.

• Report pricing and volume analysis to Zeekr Europe.

• Act as the main contact for JATO and third‑party data providers, ensuring accurate and timely information.

Go-to-Market & Connectivity:

• Ensure cross‑functional alignment across all local departments during new product launch preparation.

• Co‑develop product guides and cascade new product information across local organizations and workstreams.

• Translate and localize product messaging and marketing assets, adapting European collateral to local market needs.

• Drive and support local product launch events.

• Measure and monitor product performance post‑launch, providing insights for post‑launch optimization activities.

• Cascade and educate the local organization on the connectivity strategy and product portfolio.

• Implement and activate the local connectivity product offering.

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end local connectivity process.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

• Solid understanding of the OEM dealer/importer business model .

• Strong project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , able to collaborate effectively across functions.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities , with a data‑driven mindset.

• Knowledge of EV technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements .

• Experience in sales, after‑sales, or logistics is considered a strong plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , project management tools, and CRM systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluency in English ; German and additional languages are a strong advantage.
