We're growing our Frankfurt team and are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to support the delivery of major projects across the pharmaceutical, industrial data centre, and commercial sectors.This is an opportunity to work with leading global clients on complex, high-value programmes while developing your career within an international consultancy that invests in its people.What you'll be doingYou'll provide cost management and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, helping clients deliver successful outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Cost management and quantity surveying services from procurement through to final accountCost reporting, forecasting, valuations and change managementContract administration and commercial managementAssessment and negotiation of variations and claimsBudget management and cost controlTendering, procurement support and contractor engagementCommercial risk identification and mitigationBuilding strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractorsWhat we're looking forWe're interested in speaking with professionals who have:A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related disciplineExperience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager, Cost Consultant or Commercial ManagerStrong post-contract experience including valuations, change control and final accountsKnowledge of construction contracts and commercial management principlesStrong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExperience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing, commercial buildings or major capital projectsChartered status or progression towards chartership is desirableAt Currie & Brown, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
